I am married with 3 lovely children 22, 14, and 8 and a dog named Koda. Love to run and be outside. I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running.
I really would like to run but I am to tired to get out of bed early and I have morning things to do and then it is way to hot to run. Did the elliptical for 30 mins after mowing the lawn. Ball squats, pelvic tilts, and weights upper.

29 weeks! WOW, you're really on the downhill slide now. Nice work still staying active! I hear ya on the getting up early, and it is SO hot now!!

I will come do the 10k. I have a class I have to get to by 9 so I think that is all I will have time for.
