Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

I really hope I can recover some after that stomach flu, I was getting so I could hold a decent pace in this 2nd trimester (8:40's).  Now it more like a 10 but I can run and had a good run with Ericka and Brune.

I hope you're feeling better. 8:40 is a very decent pace to me.

Josse, I went to my dr apt the other day and as I was telling her about my running she said "running while pregnant is like running while pushing a 40 lb jogging stroller and wearing a corset." I really like that explanation! Helps me not feel so fat, lazy and out of shape when I can barely hit a 9!!

You're doing great and will definitely pick some of your speed back up. It always takes twice as long to heal when you're pregnant.

Sorry you were so sick, but I'm glad you are feeling better. I can't believe it's second trimester already, but I'm sure the time has gone by faster for me than you :) Miss you!
