Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

You got any plans with all this mileage? You are tough lady. How's your back been treating you anyway?

I am trying to decide between the Mesquite half or full marathon. I am going to do 20 on saturday and then decide. My back is there almost always but I can run and it is usually not terrible.

Good luck whatever you decide. I saw that mileage and about died. It has taken me days to get over my "Heed" poisoning from Saturday (JK). I was just so sore, it even made my hip hurt (the cold maybe). Your in such great shape right now, I can understand wanting to continue the roll. I hope your legs & back are snapping back so you can do your thing in Mesquite. Have a blast and good luck whatever you do!

Do you want company for your 20? What time are you going? I want to go nice and easy but I want to go long, maybe pick it up the last three or four. I hope the cold front doesn't hit before then.

I am slightly overbooked AGAIN I realized yesterday after I wrote you. IRRRrrrr!!! I was thinking 6am or so but I have to make sure my husband can get Brooke to this extra dance practice at 8:30am with a bun in her hair. I may have to put her bun up before she goes to bed. Courtney also has the big placement PGJHS test for advanced classes from 8 to 12. Troy can easily drive her so I don't know why I feel the guilt of mom not the one there bringing her, seeing her off. Must stop this guilt thing. If we left at six to 615am and did 8.5 to 9 for a bit then increased to 8:00 to 8:30 for a bit and end at some 730s we should get in before three hours. So we would be back by 9am. Where do you want to go? I was thinking of the canal, meeting at Orem soccer park and running to the very end of it just past Lone Peak then turning back. Or we could run from there (Orem Soccer Park, via Foothill elem) to the Provo River Trail and run towards the lake on that until 10 miles and turn around. The trail looks so pretty with the leaves all over it. Any other ideas? I tried to think of a central location to meet.
