Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Biking HIIT

ankle is feeling a lot better. MRI results say no joint damage which is what everyone else was telling me, what a bunch of a** holes! I have a small tear in my peroneus brevis and longis and some fluid is the tendon sheath. Which is what I thought all along, I have been wasting time and money on treatment for the joint and my joint is fine. I should have got an MRI to begin with.

Thanks me too! I was having docs tell me my running days where over, I was so depressed. So yes money well spent on the MRI

Gotta be a relief to get that MRI diagnosis and now know for sure your path back to running. Good luck.

Thanks Riley, watching you go through your injury and super long recovery and come back gives me hope.

Yeah being injured is no fun at all. My advice is stay positive and worry only about what you can control, not what you can't. There were definitely times where I questioned if I would ever get back to where I was before. But if you stay positive and convince yourself you'll come back stronger, I believe that you will. I'm cheering for ya!

Ahhh I've been thinking of you Jos! So glad to hear you followed through with the MRI. I definitely think you will come back stronger. Riley and Allie have both been wonderful examples of that. Love you.
