I am married with 3 lovely children 21, 13, and 7 and a dog named Koda. Love to run and be outside. I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running.
60 mins on elliptical hard. did 7 min warm up and then did 27 mins of hard progressively getting harder every 7 mins then 3 min easy followed by another 20 mins hard progressive. Good workout. Then did 25 mins of yoga.
