Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Sweet bliss I was able to run in the first snow.  It was really slow but  thats ok,  I felt about the same as the elliptcal and give me an indication on how fast I will be able to get back into the running thing.  I think about 2 weeks of slower running and I will be back to normal.

I am so happy that you were able to get out today. I bet that felt so good! You will be back to your speedy self in no time, no doubt about that!

Great that you got out! Hope you didn't tear anything!

Josse,

I do have some pretty bad tendonitis, and can't seem to shake it. The bad thing about it is I can run but not all out and not with out some pain, especially when I am not warmed up. Also, I can't play basketball or volleyball which I normally do a lot this time of year. I get down your way about once a month because all of my family lives around there. I haven't tried the hot/cold deal yet. Maybe I'll try it for a couple of weeks, get a massage this week, and see what happens. I will be down there in two weeks and maybe I can call you if I am still fighting this crap. Thanks for the advise.

Glad to see you got out today. I still laugh about when Sasha asked you what kind of surgery you had!:)
