Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

I have run this race the past 2 years so you would think I knew the course. They even warned us about the course being cut at the place I missed the turn but I missed it following the high school kids in front of me. Darn it that's a bummer. I told them after the race they need to stick someone their to tell people to turn because it happens every year. So the course starts with a steep short uphill the a long gradual up follow by flat to long gradual down, the a confusing run through some neighborhood ( where I cut) then finishes with a lap around the track. I was feeling quite pucky in the first mile then just tired in the second then I actually felt decent on the last and picked it up. 6:45, 6:45, 6:30

HiiT, glute max and internal rotator ex plus some extras

Great race today! What is gluten max? Are you doing it to help you SI issues?

Toby it's a glute HiiT workout. I am in the process of getting my workouts recorded and online. I'll let you know when they are up, then you can do them all from home:)

Awesome race Josse! Bummer about the mix up but really a strong race for you only 2 weeks after a marathon PR. :)

Nice win Josse! That stinks about the course confusion. That only really happens when your beating all the ladies!
