Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Tired, tired, tired, tired, tired, tired, tired, I haven't been this tired in a long time.  I think it was a combanation of 2 races back to back and lack of sleep.  I worked in park city last night and didn't get home until  around midnight (on the way home I saw Brail Veil falls all up in flames, very sad:( ).  I got up at 4:15 to meet Michelle at 5am.  I was dragging the whole run.  I recuruted a new girl to come with us named Merri, she stuck with is for the first 15 and did very well.  I had a very hard time on any uphill we had.  Very tired in my breathing and upper body as well as leg fatigue.  Last couple of miles where a death march  all by myself, until Michelle and Hal came back to run me in.  What nice people I run with.

Sorry you weren't feeling so hot. Sleep deprivation is bad. Remember that Saturday I was dragging in tax season when you were just speeding along with Kent Wing and I just couldn't keep up? That was my day to feel like you did today. Good thing you have a day of rest tomorrow!

Good job for pushing through the discomfort. You have had a very busy week!

So is there a bad forest fire up there? Sad...

You sound like me. I didn't know you were doing a 20 miler today or I might have attempted to join. If you do one next Saturday let me know, I am looking for a long run soon. I haven't done a 20 miler since St. George last year!

James-next week we are planning on doing 20 in Provo canyon. Adam and maybe some others will join us from SLC. I will let you know the details next week.

Shauna- I don't know how bad it is but the whole side of Bridal vail falls was glowing last night. We seem to get a fire up the canyon every year. They think it was set on purpose. Stupid people.
