Short-Term Running Goals: Stay heathy and run a sub-3 hour marathon.
2008- St. George or Top of Utah in under 3 hours. Run under a 1:25 in any half marathon. Sub-40 in 10k and Sub 19:20 in 5k

Long-Term Running Goals: Run a sub 3 hour marathon and have a blast doing it. OTQ Personal: I am married with 2 lovely children (12 and 4). Love to run and be outside. You can't become a winner overnight, or even in a couple of years-it takes time....
