| 3x2 workout but I didn't feel well so altered the workout.Drove to the mouth of the canyon and ran up 2 miles then went out to the highway and started the 1st set which I felt good on 6:32, 6:32 then a mile @7:10 then 2 more 6:36, 6:55 (county club hill) felt really dizzy after this. Ran 1/2 mile and did 1 mile @6:44 jogged half mile then last .45 in 3:08(6:55). It was hot out and I felt dehydrated, I don't know if that's why I felt crappy but didn't want to force anything and I know if it's hot on marathon day I will need to stay hydrated and cool as long as I can.

| 9 miles is 1:06/7:20 avg pace and did 2x2 at MP. This is starting to feel real comfortable running at marathon pace. We talked most of the workout, which tells me we are not pushing to hard. Met Rebecca at vintage and ran up to the drinking fountain then turned and did the 1st set, 6:37, 6:40 then .60 easy then and 6:34, 6:35 (cc hill).

| Easy 7 on my own. 8:15 avg pace had a gall bladder attack yesterday so I wasn't feeling that great but most of the pain and bloating is gone. I think I had this 2weeks ago and I use to have them all the the after I had Cole and was pregnant. Reminded of the appendix pain I had last year at this time.

| Me and Rebecca went up and did mile 11-17.5 with 2 at mp then getting another without trying. WU 1 mile then 6:46, 6:39, then slowing 7:05, 6:54 this was bridal vail hill but felt comfortable then really trying to shut it down still climbing another half mile then steep down was 7:06. Played around with pace on the steep down and 6:50 felt really easy and 6:15 felt very doable. We will see how this all plays out for the marathon.

| Hard race for me, as hard as I worked on my metal game these past few weeks I totally gave up:( it's frustrating when you truly believe you can run a better time and then you don't. The day was just hard all around, never felt good, headwind to deal with and lega just felt blah.:-/ I don't know where to go from here.......

| Ran AF half with Mckenzie for fun:) we started pretty easy and then picked it up down the canyon. I started feeling the marathon at 10 but was able to hold on til the end. Finished in 1:29 so not to shabby. Splits were 7:16, 7:02, 6:54, 6:50, 6:45, 6:30, 6:40, 6:47, 7:00, 6:57, 7:10, 6:49, 6:37 then ran a half mile but my underarms where so chaffed I couldn't run anymore.

| Met with the Orem girls, ran up to the trails but I was so tired that I opted out and went on the MC. Came home and did the Tuesday HIIT but added on a 400 meter sprint in the beginning. 20:15 was my time
i have decided to take the rest of the month off running. I feel burnt out, I will probably do something but no running until July 1:)

| HIIT Thursdays workout, felt like crap! I thought a break would help me feel better but I feel worse. Tired, nauseous, I have a horrible headache, and I feel completely unmotivated plus my little aches and pains feel worse. what's up with that?!? You are suppose to feel better from a break. Oh well maybe it's total withdrawals from running.....I better start up again to get my fix:-/ I'm a junky
