1st place overall womans in Spanish fork 1/2 marathon, Tristate 1/2 marathon, Death Valley 1/2 marathon, and the Utah Valley marathon (4-12-08)

See if I can finish out my 30's with a marathon PR

April 8 WRC half marathon Cancelled 

July Bryce Canyon half 

September 9 Big Cottonwood marathon 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3 hour marathon and have a blast doing it.

Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 20, 12, and 6 and a dog named Brune.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running.

New day new view and everything looks better. Yesterday I felt so tired and dizzy,upped my carbs a bit and vola I feel better today:) started with HiiT with my ladies then met Janae for a fabulous trail run in the warm sunshine, that was heavenly! Then came home and did some time on the bike.

I like that I can use it to transition back into running from an injury. I've done it before, it does change your form some & make you sore in places you normally wouldn't get sore. Another thing is when you go out on the street you feel like a thousand pounds.
