Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Met at  Rebecca's and ran over to Melody's and then to the OHS track and Julie showed.   We are worn and broken from training, racing, and sickness,  mine is training and a bad back.  But we all started the workout 6-8x800.  I really wanted to do all 8 because I haven't done that yet.  The 1st 4 I didn't feel good and my SI's are sore from the shots yesterday but we switched directions and I seemed to feel better.  Happy to say I finished all 8 with the last one being my fastest of the season thanks to Melody pacing me and giving me words of encouragement when I started to slow.

3:06, 3:10, 3:11, 3:20 (I really don't know why this one was so slow), regroup and changed directions.  3:04, 3:05, 3:08, 3:02.  Pretty happy that I finished this workout and had my fastest 800 of the season on the last one.

I always run my middle 800 slowest--- it is mental. And HEY THOSE ARE AWESOME 800s!! I don't think I could keep up since now I am injured and am sitting around getting out of shape!! You are going to do so well at Boston!! :D.

Great work with the 800's Josse! 8-800's is so so mentally tough. Your training is very inspiring to me and it was so fun to run into you Saturday. :)
