I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. | Went and did my birthday run at the gym on the treadmill, this seems to be less aggrivating on the sciatic. Felt decent, a little tightness but not bad. 41 mins |

| I met the Orem girls at Maries house, we ran up to the water tower and got on the trails. I had a hard time in the snow. And I can tell I am going to pay for the mileage, sciatic pain has already set in. But it was fun. yoga |

| Went to the gym today, started on the elliptical only because there was no treadmills open. Did that for about 10 mins before a tm was open then ran for 4 miles and pool ran for 40 mins. Sciatic pain is better, still there but better. Went to Marv yesterday and my right hip was higher than the other. Can I tell you that I am so sick of this. I don't even care about running that many miles, I just want to be pain free and maybe run 40 miles a week. That isn't asking to much is it?!? |

| Went to the rec and ran on the treadmill for 6 miles felt pretty good. Sciatic pain has been barley there. pool ran for 20 mins and then swam for 10 mins. All in all a good work out. |

| Treadmill miles again as well as 20 mins on the elliptical. My elliptical at home is differant than the one at the gym and it made the top of my right foot hurt. It works the tibialis anterior more. I used the gym elliptical and didn't bother the foot. Did weights lower and abs/back |

| Went to the rec and did 5 miles on the treadmill, felt awful, heart rate was really high and the sciatic hurt a little. I think I am just going to not run for a while and just cross train. This makes me sad but this thing is just not getting better. Pool ran for 20 mins with my son he doggy paddled next to me and we had races. He is quick so I had to work hard to keep up. Went to the rec center and did 2 miles easy, sciatic was good but could feel it just a hair after. Then I biked for 15 mins, which might have been why I could feel the sciatic. Then I did the elliptical for 35 mins and lifted upper/lower and abs/back. pm stretching |

| Went to the gym today, didn't feel that great. No morning sickness yet just tired and don't feel good when I get hot. But I ran 2 miles on the TM, 15 mins on the elliptical, 35 mins of pool running and 6 laps of swimming. I felt a lot better in the pool because it kept me nice and cool. Sciatic is not bad but can feel it just a bit, also feel stuff in the hammy and adductor on the same side. I have had that along with the sciatic I think they are related, like brother and sister. |
