Woke up this morning with my ankle pretty sore so I did not run, and my week was going so well. Grrrrrrr. But I have been through this before and I'll make it through again. I usually can run pretty easliy through a sprain but this time I am going to a sprots chriropacator to get it put back in place and teach me how to streangthen it because I just can't stay off the trails.
Weights upper/ lower- abs/back
Was able to go out this evening and run alittle ankle felt fine after a half mile, just ran easy. Strange going out at night have not done that in a while.
