Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Went when the kids where in school.  Started at will's and went up to Bridal Vail falls and back.  Started easy (9:00) then went to a very easy 8:20-8:30 on the way up and pick up the pace on the way back but just because it is a slight downhill.  Ran one mile at a low 7 because I saw a girl who I always see when I do this run and I wanted to talk to her.  But as soon as I cought her she turned off the path.  Oh well.  So I slowed the pace back down because it was just suppose to be an easy run.  Felt good except the pain that is still in my shoulder,  I scraped it and worked on the huge knot that is in there so it does feel somewhat better but still is very annoying.

Sorry to hear about your shoulder Josse, did you sleep on in wrong or lift something funny? The math does not add up with the 8:11 pace with only one mile at low 7 min pace -- I think you were running faster than 8:20-8:30 - were sneaking in fast miles? ;-)

I am not sure why the shoulder hurts so bad. But it is feeling better than it did yesterday.

You two are funny, these are my splits

9:00,8:34,8:23,8:36,8:33,8:39, turn around to the slight downhill grade 7:59,7:54,7:51,7:49,7:13,7:40 so see not all that hard. It felt pretty easy.

aahh haaa ... not 8:20 - 8:30 my dear!you just had to go and "sneak in" those easy sub 8:00 miles!! We are watching you Josse, don't think you can get away with this ;-)

Seriously, you have do what you feel ... it is good it felt easy after yesterday.
