Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Went out at 9 a.m. which ended up being way to hot for me.  I did a little walking warmup before I ran, but was super tired.  Came home and cooled off in front of the fan for about 10 mins and did 15 mins on the elliptical follow by WT upper and abs.

weight is 145 lbs. which means I have gained 20 so far.  I hope to make it another month running, we will see.

The heat is going to be a killer with that baby heater you got goin on. It was cooler and cloudy in the morning (at least by the trail). Come on by one of these mornings. Good job on the 20 lbs! Hope you keep feeling strong.

It seems like it has gotten hot all of a sudden. I had a baby at the end of a hot summer once. It was tough. Not what you want to hear. Sorry.

Carolyn I have had all my kids and the end of hot summer so I know what i am in for:) I usually don't mind the heat except when I am pregnant.
