Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Went and meet Michelle in SF.  We ran really easy, Sasha gave her a speed limit so we tried to stay within those bounds.  Still feeling alittle worn down, but better.

I am glad you are feeling a little better! I found out last night I will be directing runners at Geneva road and about 400 north in Provo. He said it was around mile 15. He said I would be all by myself so I am going to bring at least my two older daughters to cheer people on. I will make some posters for them to hold also. We will look for you and cheer!

Hi, Josse!! We’ve chatted a couple of times before on the blog spot. And you always have great advice!

I am putting together an all-female competitive team this year to run the Wasatch Back Relay. Paul Peterson suggested that I contact you to see if you’re interested in running on our all-girl team.

If you're interested in participating, you can reach me the following ways:

1. my blog spot (andrea.fastrunningblog.com)

2. cell phone: 801-633-5059

3. email: andrearmartinez@yahoo.com

I’ve already registered our team and thus far, we have 6 good female runners committed to the team. Now, we just need to find 6 more. We have a reputable coach who is thrilled to be working with so much talent on our team. We hope you can join us and good luck in the Utah Co. marathon this weekend!!! :o)

Fantastic! I'll absolutely send Michelle an invite to run the WBR too. Thanks so much for the recommendation. If you can think of any other talented female runners, I'll gladly check in with them to see if they're interested in joining our all-girl team.

I signed up the team during the early registration phase so it's only $70 per runner. We are attempting to get USANA to sponsor our whole team so we might not have to pay anything at all -- wouldn't that be nice!

By the way, I love your MelonBean clothing line. What great deals on handbags, etc.! I'm gonna have to pick out my favorites and place an order. :o)

By the way, I run with another quilter -- her name is Renae Haddidin. She might run the relay with us too!
