I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue. Love to run and be outside. I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Took my dog up in the trails, it was cold and windy starting out but the wind died down and the sun came up and I felt way over dressed. It was so pretty up their, clear blue sky and no smog.

I get jealous when you say 9 m/m up on the trail. I mean, if you are going to run like that... you should at least invite me :) I make good company at 9 m/m! I hope you're doing a good job recovering yourself. Sounds like a wonderful run to me--it is such a beautiful, clear day today.

Hey Josse, it's me your long lost pal. Thanks for telling me about this blog! You have some pretty cool friends here. :)Your run sounds more exhilarating than my puny slow 3 miler! I wonder if my dog would be friends with your dog...I have a Lab, and she really likes to stop and smell the roses all the time..and then pee on them. So I don't run with her much. Maybe I SHOULD take her to slow me on long runs. Anyhow..was nice to see a friendly face on Thanksgiving. Hope you are well! ~Missy
