Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Started in SF with MacK and Ally we did 3.5 before the Michelle and the rest of the group came.  We did the usuall to the BS house but then me, Mack and Michelle did a loop out by the freeway before going into the river bottoms.  MacK hernia was really bothering her so she was debating on turning early but she finished a full 20.  We dropped Michelle off  and added on some then I dropped MacK and add on another 3.  Was alittle tired starting out and we started very easy.   But felt really good at the end and was able to do 7:40's the last 3 miles but was fading at the last half mile so I stopped and was done.

Holy monkeys! I don't know how you all do it... I'd be sitting on my butt for a month after a marathon, but like 10 days after, you're out doing a 20 miler. I feel super lazy now! :-p
