Semi easy run with the gals in snow, probably the most we have had all season. It was slick. 8:30 avg. pace Supreme 90 arms, core and stretching. Went to Dr. B to get some injections in my SI's. He looked at some x-rays done about 6 months ago and said he thinks the root of my pain comes from transitional anatomy at the lumbosacral junction. Which means my L-5 is acting like it part of my sacrum and cause the whole pelvic girdle to work differently. I am still going to get some blood work done to rule out some family genetic stuff. I have two aunts that have Ankylosing Spondylitis, but Dr. B doesn't think I have that. We will see.....
