Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

No running today, I wanted to give the sciatic a break.  I did do some deep work on it yesterday and scraped it.  I felt better, though I am sore form the deep work (yes I did it myself).  I did my back/ab excersises and 30 mins of yoga.  Trying to decide if I should go and do a turky run tomorrow, I am so out of shape, but  I would like to get some miles in.  I guess I can just do that on my own.

Really missing running everyday and the amount I want.  Injuries suck, I know most of you can sympathize with me.

Walked with my sister for 2.5 miles with the dog.

I know your pain all to well Josse, be patient, if you are you will be rewarded. I'm still dealing with injuries that would probably be healed had I taken time off, but now I'm paying a big price for not being patient, so hang in there!

Take care of yourself Josse, you will be back and stronger than ever for the rest.

I'm trying to envision your gumby arm, or maybe you rolling around on a can of green beans :) Happy Thanksgiving Josse (and don't do the race).

It is always easy to say we have patience until we are tested.

Michelle I use a ball massager that I can lay or sit on to work out the glutes. Although I am sure I look hilarous. I won't do the race, thanks everyone.
