Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

My plan for the day was try to get in at least 6 miles.  I felt horrible yesterday and not that great when I got up this morning.  I felt great on the run so I just went with it.  All though I hope I didn't over do it.

Did the temple loop (hills)  and the weather was great.  Wore shorts and short sleeves.  Ahhh spring, I love it.  Legs felt good, the tinest bit of soreness in them from saturday.

1:24:55/8:14

The plan for the week is to run in the upper 60's if I keep getting better and do a 20 plus miler on saturday.  See how I feel for a tempo.

I decided to sign up for the Striders half.  I like the course and think it is a great tune up for the full.  (thanks for all the input)

HI Josse!

I sew too! I have a small business, machine embroidery. I have made one quilt but I need instant gratification. Can't get that making a quilt....LOL....

Thanks for the support. I FEEL like I can do anything. I jokingly ask people if they have a tall building for me to leap in a single bound! Since the marathon I can't seem to stop wanting the next goal to be in sight!
