Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

My husband is out of town until this evening so I have to break my run up into 3 today.  First I took the dog and son in the jogger 3, then dropped the dog off and went another 1.77.  Then it was my turn to teach the neighborhood preschool.  After I went out for 4.90 with my son in the jogger and I will have to finish later.  Hopefully not pushing my son.

Wow, 3 workouts in one day. You must be serious about hitting 80 miles this week. Keep up the hard work!

I probably would have just finished up the mileage but I have to take my daughter to a doctor appointment.

You are AMAZING Josse! Those Joggers are a love hate thing :) So glad to have them, really like to not use them ;D

Ugh! Three pieces? Hey and why are you wearing the same shoes two days in a row? With your mileage I would think you'd be rotating between multiple pairs.

Thanks Marion.

Michelle my other shoes are goners and these are motion control shoes which help my injury right now. Plus I only had enough tape for half a tape job so another reason to wear the motion control shoe. Steve did send me some others but I am not sure if I like one pair and the other is a racing shoe and he only sent one shoe.
