Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Met Melody super early I had to be home by 5.  I did about 15 mins before and then we ran another 15 mins and did hill sprints.  4 up .15 at about 65 sec. and then one down at about 50 sec x 2.  I didn't time myself just adding on to Melody's times.  Came home and went back to bed and then was able to get out for another 4 miles.

hey Josse, I was just looking up where everyone will be in the marathon. You have a great SPOT!!! You start in coral number 1 of the second wave so pretty much the VERY FRONT!!! YIPPEE!!! :D. That is better than the very back of wave 1!!! I am at the middle of wave 1 just behind McKenizie. But Rachelle is trying to convince me to run with her. I am not sure if I am will be running or hobbling ; D. btw you are getting in some very nice workouts!! :D.

Yes I am actually very excited about it.

Hills sprints at 4am? That's hard core! Way to get in some mileage too. Are you feeling ready? Only a couple more workouts and tapering!!
