Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Legs feel pretty good, alittle bit of soreness.  Scrapped the hip and it is feeling better today.

The plan for the week is to hop back into the mid 60's again if the hip allows.  Do the UVM on saturday as a training run.  Really need to start doing the lifting again, I think that is why I am having my back issues so I will try to do that 2 times this week.

Sounds like good goals, Josse! I think that my own lack of weight training also contributes to some of my issues as well. I think all the praying for spring is finallypaying off... we're supposed to have 4-5 days of 50 - 55 degree temps here! yay!

Hey I just looked up the results. thanks - they were not posted on there last night. Well, I would have won my age group and 38th overall. The money I saved helped buy half of my Boston 2008 jacket :)

Im still trying to put faces on people when I see them at races so dont think im snubbing you. Are you going to Boston?

Hey I think my knee is feeling much better. It is not achy at all the last two days. I looked up Scrapping alot this weekend and I can't beleive it is not more popular. I ordered a tool from the websight you suggested.

You will have to teach me about it all.

I am glad your hip is feeling better!

KT -just let me know when you get it and I am more than happy to help.

Walter- I have the same problem so don't feel bad. No Boston for me this year:( I hope to get beck there someday, I went in 2000 and loved it.
