Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

I went on a weather strike this morning, when I woke up at 5:50 and saw the wind and solid iced over road I refused to go out and run in it.  So I went back to bed.  Unfortunatly I went up to Park City to work during my kids school time so I didn't get a run in.  But that is ok, maybe I will get in a few tonight but if not I am really trying to convince myself that that is allright as well.

Ended up taking Gauge in the jogger around 4pm  went up the jogging path from wills.  Hip felt fine, not 100% but didn't hurt.  Went super slow and didn't feel that great.  Feet and claves where crampy.

I hear you, almost did the same thing but I have a TM in the basement that wouldn't let me say no.

This winter crap is getting old.

Have a good week (it is alright that you skipped a day!)

I was wondering if anyone was crazy enough to get up and run in that!

Help my knee would not let me run today! (Well not even close to what the rest of my body felt like)

I have used the rolling pin and that worked great, I was suprised after two days off that it hurt as much today. I think the belt of the treadmill I was on may have been slipping or was uneven could that have been the cause? I traded treadmills for the second try but it did not work but I did notice everyone else that got on that treadmill after I was off, got right back off of it. (So I thought maybe it was off in some way)

I don't want to stop running because I am afraid I won't start again what should I do.

Josse--I hope I get to meet you this weekend! I am going to Provo after all. I want to buy one of those scrapping tools you talk about and have you show me how to use it. What is the website again?
