Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

I felt awsome today.  I wanted to do hills today both up and down so I did the Temple loop, this loop gives me lots of both.  I wanted to practice running fast on the down so I know I can go in the the low 6's and running the ups strong but comfortable.  I actually was only going to go 7 miles at the most but I felt so good I made it 10.  Was able to stay around 8:30's on the up except the temple hill and was in the low 6's on the down even got into the sub 6's for a bit.

Sounds like you had a great run. It's runs like this that make all the painful days worth it.

Sweet workout babe! Did you make any missionary heads turn? :)

Nice Job! I like Michelle's comment! That is a great goal! I am sure you succeeded.

I'm probably missing something, do you/web-site have the "Temple loop" mapped out somewhere? Sounds like a good run.

Jon, Once again, sorry about the link to you. I thought I had it correct.

No I don't have it mapped out anywhere. But you can start at Wills Pit stop and south on the jogging path to the country club and at that light I turn east and go up until the road forks, then turn north and go past the fire station and then turn east again (about .25 miles), this road will take you up and up past timpview drive and I turn south after about a mile and a half or so this road takes you to the middle of the Temple. Then I turn east and loop around the temple and at the bottom I turn north. Then you can either go back via the jogging path to wills or I go up the diagonal and back to my house. But you could go up the diagonal and turn south at the top turn north on 8th east, go to 8th south and turn east and go back to you car. this would give you about 9 miles. Happy running.

Josse,

I was wondering if I could arrange a time with you to have you work on my legs. They are doing okay but not getting better. Thanks, Jody
