Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

I am feeling more tired than I thought I would so I think I am going to cut back more this week than I was going to.  I think around 50 sound good or less.  I can't tell if I am coming down with something or not, my daughter got sick so the germs are in the house.  Went out for 10 miles on my own,  was feeling worn out.

That looks like a pretty normal week for me, but I'm sure it's an easy week for you. I hope the germs leave you alone.

Hope you start feeling better. Are you still planning on running with our 3:15 group at SG?? Mike I think was saying you were thinking about it.

From josse on Mon, Sep 21, 2009 at 12:11:09 from 75.216.1.144

Ya it should be fun.

From Huans32 on Mon, Sep 21, 2009 at 12:14:11 from 138.64.2.76

Very cool. Glad to have you on board. Its looking like there is about 7 or 8 of us now. So should be alot of fun and hopefully we will all be good to go come race day.:)

Josse, good workout. Your going to have a great SGM.

Huans, Josse - Do you mind if I stick with you guys as long as I can in that 3:15 pack?

From Huans32 on Mon, Sep 21, 2009 at 12:25:44 from 138.64.2.76

Sure Jon. Your more then welcome to join us. You would be another great addition to the group.:)

From Jon A on Mon, Sep 21, 2009 at 12:28:25 from 67.214.249.195

Thanks Huans, I'm not sure how long I will be able to stay with all you great runners, but it will be fun to rub shoulders with the likes of you and Josse.

From Huans32 on Mon, Sep 21, 2009 at 12:31:27 from 138.64.2.76

I think at the moment it is. Jeffc, MarcE, Josse, Mike Warren, Chadl, cant think of Chad's friend and me. So you are more then welcome to join us. Do you put a 3:15 for your finish time when you registered for the race??

From Jon A on Mon, Sep 21, 2009 at 12:43:32 from 67.214.249.195

Huans, I don't know what time I put on there. Probably 3:15. I thought at one time I saw Scott (Kelli's husband) was talking about joining in on the group. Or is he going to go faster than that?

From Huans32 on Mon, Sep 21, 2009 at 12:46:40 from 138.64.2.76

Yep I ran with him 2 weeks ago and was wanting to join us too. Even though I am thinking he is faster then that. Hopefully we can help pace him to a strong finish.:)

Josse, you are doing great!!! Nice plan for the week. Hope you get lots of sleep. Are you running a 5K race or just your own 5k this Saturday? I was wondering because I was thinking about the AF hospital 5K this Saturday but still not sure. So if there were company maybe I would show up. It is $20 and for a good cause (breast cancer).

From josse on Mon, Sep 21, 2009 at 16:41:15 from 67.214.238.85

I signed up for the slate canyon 5k. You should come do that one. If I would have known there was one if AF for BC I would have done that one.

Jon the more the merrier.

Josse and everyone else that live close to PG, Orem, Salem etc.... to St. George. Look up email address intermountainlive.org and click on 18 day challenge. Lori Hutchingson is running a marathon everyday for 18 days from Idaho/Utah border to Arizona border. She will be running the SGM as well (the 17th day of the challenge). She starts today at 9 am at the Purple Turtle in PG and will be running to Salem. She is on her 6th marathon (Day 6) raising awareness/money for amputees. Her good friend got a staph infection and lost both her legs and an arm. She used to run with Lori. Inspiring story. I plan on running with her for one to two miles before going to bed this am. I am currently at work. Pass this on to every runner. How amazing!!
