Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Got up this morning not really expecting to run.  I took the dog out for a mile to test out the ankle, felt alittle twingy at first but once it warmed up it felt ok.  So I went out for another 5 after and actually felt pretty good post hobble.  Still am watching the ankle really close.  Had it on ice all weekend and scraped it everyday.  Just happy I was able to run considering how sore it was all weekend:)

Cool beans! I am so glad it behaved itself! Here's hoping it is on the mend. Are you taking an easy miles week this week? Dr Marion is prescribing it, along with ice, scraping and a visit to Dr Brady on Wed :D

Josse,

I was going to tell you. Marcie picked up your awards on Saturday and gave them to Tom and I to get them to you. But we figured it would be easier for you to get them from Runner's Corner than from us. So we gave them back to them and told them you would come in for them.
