I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue. Love to run and be outside. I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Got up super early to meet Michelle at Sasha's. She is doing a long run and I thought I would give her some company in the begining so she didn't have to run alone in the dark before she met with the boys. Had a great run, miss running durning the week with her. I miss running with people in genral during the week so it was so nice to have conversation. I wanted to go further but my foot was sore from being worked on so I decided to be done, know that is being disaplined right?:)

You deserve a "Major Award" (you know like in The Christmas Story) for holding back today! Live to run another day, sister!!! As soon as I find a leg lamp- it is yours!!!

What sandals do you recommend? I have a fallen arch and i dont want another :(

I like berkinstoks or just look for something that does have good arch support. I haven't looked for sandles for a long time. I just wear flip flops.

Yes- I mean flip flops :) I used to wear them when I was a kid all the time, you know in the 80's. Where do you get them? I've seen some on ebay and amazon, but I'd like to try them on before I order some.
