Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Got up and ran with Sasha, Jeff, and Hyrum came the first 2.  We did the normal to the lake and back starting slow and quickly working into a sub 8 pace.  I could tell I am only use to running 10 with these guys but I want to start getting use to doing longer with them and then eventually adding in another day with them.

Fanstastic miles so far this week. I am taking a lazy week!

Your body needs it, I think it is wise but hard for us to do. Great job, I am so super duper happy for you with your race on sat. that was great.

Good job on your run this morning! You up for some speed on Thursday? I think I will try to get enough sleep to be good for something. We could do a mile on, 1-2 minutes off at tempo pace, or anything not too strenuous (good for something but not good for much :) ).

sound good to me.

Great run, Josse! Super runner!!! Spring better be scared, because you're slicing and dicing with a vengeance!

From MichelleL on Tue, Mar 18, 2008 at 17:30:57

I think what Benn means is I better be scared :) (He's right, and I am!)

So are you going to run the April 5th race? I would love for you to, even if it reduces my chances at the prize money. It would make it a funner experience and a truer race.

From josse on Tue, Mar 18, 2008 at 18:08:19

I was planning on running the Ogden half of that day but I am not sure now. It would save on drive time but the Ogden course is alot better.

From josse on Tue, Mar 18, 2008 at 18:12:40

Michelle- I you have nothing to be scared of. I think you will surprise yourself.

From MichelleL on Tue, Mar 18, 2008 at 18:22:30

So, we can talk more Thursday, but I am not sure which race I would run if I were you, but I think I would lean toward Ogden since it will help you the Ogden marathon, there will likely be more participants, and at least when I ran it, there was a big breakfast afterward (that was 2005, no promises on that).
