1st place overall womans in Spanish fork 1/2 marathon, Tristate 1/2 marathon, Death Valley 1/2 marathon, and the Utah Valley marathon (4-12-08)

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3 hour marathon and have a blast doing it.  

Have fun and enjoy the process 

Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Got up and did some speed by myself, blah. Wasn't really sure what I wanted to do and if my leg would be up to threshold stuff but I thought I would give it a try. Ran over to the outdoor rec track witch is .49 around and did 6x.49 with a 1:30 rest in between then 2x.25 then I had to hurry home. Warm up 3 miles and cool down 2.6. .49-3:08, 3:08, 3:07, 3:08, 3:07, 3:12 .25-1:35, 1:34

Wow, Josse, I've missed a lot in the last few weeks! Nice job at Spanish Fork! Glad to hear it was just a black cow and not a bear :)

Great workout! Always hard to do the speed stuff alone. Your still putting in some great miles. I think you are going to kick butt and take names at STG.
