Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Got and ran in the cold dark streets by myself.  Felt pretty good, went form my house to the mouth' o canyon and back then added another mile when I got back.  Pace felt pretty easy, started slow and worked into sub 8 pace.

Yeah, its dark out there in the am now after the time change! I don't like it! Good job hitting the streets alone in the dark, but be careful!! Nice sub 8 run!

Ya sometimes I can't believe I run by myself in the dark because I spook easily. I am always aware of my surroundings.

Nice run... way to put in a medium long run. Your going to have a very good year in racing.

Brave woman running out in the dark. I spook easily as well and can imagin all kinds of things. I read to many suspense novels. ( Thats what I read when I am on the bike) I guess I forgot when the time changed it was dark out side that early because I couldn't wait for it to warm up so I cold wake up and run in the cool morning and not freeze my lungs, and now it is dark. I may run faster if I got my imagination going just to get home faster.

O good job on the run. I always just assume you know that so I don't say great job often but I guess we all need to hear it:)
