Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

I hope you are not getting sick.

I was reading the uvm page yesterday and it said not many people had signed up.

I could probley run/walk.(the 5k) I know how much work it is to put together something like this and I want it to be a hit. (Not that me finishing a 5k at at slugs pace would make a ton of diffrence)

Do you know if they are still low on people to sign up? I could also volunteer if they still need anyone. I blogged Hyrum but have not heard back, I am sure he is really busy with this run comming up.

I know he has got more peole signed up in the marathon not sure about the 5k. He does need volunteers, his number is 472-7866 call him if you want to volunteer. I would only run if you feel up to it. How is your daughter? You can come over tonight if you want me to scrape you.

Smart move by taking it easy and not pushing the run. Your mileage is looking great in your training. I hope you feel better.
