Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Quite run in the early snowfall with Rebecca, there is something magical about running in the stillness of the morning when it's snowing. I love it even though I don't like winter. 8:00 avg pace

So glad to hear you got a good run in Josse. I hope your ankle is feeling better.

No I'm starting to think I'm going to have to take some time off. It almost feels broken when I walk down stairs.

Josse we seem to get similar injuries. My right ankle has been acting up a burning bone pain like it is broken. Walki.g on it is quite painful. It is the entire ankle bone by the achilles. Sometimes i feel burning in my lower back on the same side and wonder if it is from my back as after i lay down for hoirs it feels better tjen out of blue aot of pulsatong pain. Is that what yours feels like? I feel like it is not good to keep running on it. It came on after some downhill running--steep just one mile. That is why i think it could be my back. Misery loves company.

Julie I think I have tendinitis in my Peronial muscles, they attach under that ankle bone on the 5th metatarsal. Mine is not to bad when I walk or run it is quite painful through my whole ankle when I point my toe and walk down stairs. So dumb it came on when I cut my miles and started cross training more:/ I think it was the elliptical, but the running in snow and ice aggravates it to.

I got this same thing after running in the zero drop shoes for the time that I did.
